Since the baby was arriving in the springtime, Ruthanne suggested a springtime theme for the quilt with baby animals and critters. Having grown up on the edge of a swamp, Ruthanne is not squeamish about insects – some are quite interesting and attractive.

The quilt back is just a daisy print.
