Back – this is a really bright batik I bought several years ago because I really liked it.

This time I used 5″ squares without sashing.  Each square is a framed “picture”.   Many are embellished with ribbon, trim, etc.  It was fun to make a quilt for a baby girl after three baby boy quilts.  There are 3 squares with a lily in them.
