When I met Debbie’s friend Denise Martin, I liked her immediately.  She was so excited about expecting her first grandchild.  Debbie and I collaborated to make this quilt.  Debbie bought the fabric for the border and back and I did the work.  Denise liked it so much that a couple of years later, she asked me to make a quilt for her second grandchild.
