- 15 oz can garbanzos ( chick peas ), rinsed and drained
- 15 oz can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 16 oz can cut green beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup sliced onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup salad oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ( or to taste ) freshly ground pepper
Combine all ingredients in a 3 quart bowl. Toss lightly. Cover. Chill overnight. Drain before serving.
