I keep saying I’m not going to make another queen size quilt, but then I do it again. Gary Preston is a wonderful friend and a great source of fabric scraps. With all this staying-at-home I had plenty of time to make her a commemorative quilt for her BIG birthday this year. This is it across one of our guest beds.

It’s hard to get a picture of a quilt this big – it’s wider than my helpers can reach.

Here are some details from the quilt. Each square is actually 4 different triangles sewed together. This quilt certainly meets my objective of “lots and lots of different fabrics”.
