Sharon Northcutt suggested that Patsy Skinner and Alyce Daws and I all swap triangles of our fabric stash so we would each end up with all these different fabrics and make a charm quilt. My son Matt points out this looks like the radiation symbol. I had leftover triangles, so I used them in a border – lots of borders with 2 white borders edged in blue.
It’s pretty big – thrown over a queen size bed here.
I really appreciated the built-in walking foot on the Pfaff when sewing all these stretchy triangle edges.
